THE MOST IMPORTANT APPROACH: LADIES, WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEO TRACKS!

Please make sure that your armpits and skin are clean before trying the bikini tops on. That means no deodorant or cream. It is hardly possible to remove deodorant traces from the textiles afterwards. Simply wiping is not effective and the residues reappear after a short time. Please make sure that the returned goods are absolutely clean and perfect. We cannot refund items with deodorant marks. The article would be unsaleable, which would be annoying for us and for you.

 

EXCHANGE: HOW DO I PROCEED?

The simplest and fastest for both sides of exchanging is a new order through the shop. We do not offer direct exchanges. For the sake of the environment, we try to use as little paper as possible, which is why you won’t find delivery notes, invoices or pre-printed returns in our packages. For more information on returns, see the next paragraph, ‘Returns’.

 

RETURNS FROM GERMANY

If you have ordered from Germany via our website, you can easily go to our return portal: https://inaska.shipping-portal.com. There you enter the tracking number you received from SendCloud by email after sending your order, as well as your zip code. You can find both in the mail that announced your delivery. Please note that you have to provide a phone number for questions from the shipping service provider. This will only be used for the purpose of your return and will not be passed on to third parties. Please pay attention to the return period of max. 30 days.

Customers from non-EU countries bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If INASKA is nevertheless charged with the return shipping costs, these will be offset against the refund of the returned items and the amount of the return shipping costs will be retained. If you have ordered through a marketplace (Avocadostore, Project Cece), then we ask you to send the items back to our logistics department by insured shipping within 30 days. You take over the costs of the return of goods.
